Who is making the donation?
Estimated amounts calculated over 12 months, according to Law 49/2002 and its amendments in force since Royal Decree-Law 6/2023. Individuals: first €250 at 80%; excess at 40% (or 45% with proven loyalty for 2 years). Companies: 40% (or 50% with 2-year loyalty). May vary if donations are also made to other entities covered by the same law.
